Cordon Media executed an interactive touchscreen development project for South Hill On Madison; creating a luxury condominium digitization designed to entice buyers to make a connection between the old and the new in Toronto’s Forest Hill area. “It’s where one will find heritage buildings such as Ye Olde Brunswick House, the Madison Avenue Pub and Restaurant, the beloved Art Deco Bloor Cinema and, of course, Sir Henry Pellat’s personal castle, Casa Loma, designed by E.J. Lennox.” – Toronto Star
“This whole area was derelict to begin with, but it was sitting in such a sweet spot, just a short walk from Bloor and Dupont Sts. It really was a diamond in the rough,” says Ted Burnett of Burnac Development Corp.
The Cordon Team worked with the projects’ architects and interior designers to create a vibrant visualizations of the building’s exterior, interior and amenity spaces. Along with life-like renderings, the team created an immersive interactive installation utilized by the sales team and public within the sales centre to complete the digital arm of the campaign. The interactive touchscreen development was built in Adobe AIR utilizing the Flex framework versatile enough for both web and mobile deployment.
